Sending your laptop and receiving payment

Laptops are collected by us from you by courier or brought into the store by you (the seller). In the case where we must collect by courier, we ask the seller to securely pack the laptop and attach the courier label (which will be provided by us), then wait for the collection.

Upon receipt of your laptop, we’ll inspect it to find out which parts can be salvaged and reused. If we can’t purchase your laptop for the quoted price, we’ll return it to your address by 48-hour courier at no additional cost.
