What’s included in the franchise fee?
The fee covers comprehensive training, site evaluation, store design guidelines, branding and signage artwork, POS & inventory software setup, launch marketing, and 2 weeks of dedicated on-site support during opening.
How long does it take to open a store?
Typically between 4 to 7 months. This timeline includes site approval, lease negotiations, store build-out, staff training, stock procurement, and initial marketing.
Are there ongoing fees?
Yes, there is an ongoing management royalty fee of 5.5% of gross sales, and a national marketing fund contribution of 2% of gross sales.
Do you provide financing help?
We do not provide direct financing. However, we have established relationships with major banks that are familiar with our business model and can assist you with loan applications.
Can I sell other tech products?
Your inventory will consist primarily of Miteck-approved items to maintain brand consistency. You may carry a limited selection of extra items, subject to prior approval from head office.
What kind of marketing support will I get?
We run national social media campaigns, Google Ads, SEO, and promotions. You will also receive digital templates and artwork to run localized promotions for your specific branch.
